Group Fitness Mornington

Our small group training sessions at Mornington Fitness are where you can push your limits and achieve your fitness aspirations in a friendly and supportive atmosphere alongside like-minded individuals. 

The group fitness sessions we offer:

Power Hour

In these ‘Super Sunday’ sessions, we test your mind and build mental fortitude by designing some of the most challenging workouts of the week.  60 solid minutes of work is recommended for those with intermediate to advanced fitness levels.

Strength Training

The focus of these weight training sessions is developing confidence with your big compound movements.  This will help improve posture, boost metabolism and strengthen bones and connective tissues.

Conditioning

Expect to torch 700+ calories in these high-intensity sessions.  Prepare to sweat as we take you to your limits and push on to new levels of fitness. 

Boxing and Bootcamp

Boxing will help with toning, cardiovascular health and bone density, not to mention burn a serious number of calories along the way.  We will help you build stamina and endurance and have some fun along the way.


Kettlebells & Bodyweight

These sessions aim to improve your mobility, and balance, and strengthen the muscles in your core section. The focus is on controlling the body’s full range of motion and ensuring we optimise your ability to move freely and comfortably without any restrictions.

In our community-based studio, we see friendships and connections grow via the encouragement and support provided at every training session.
